Bruce, Perry and their staff were extremely obliging. They let us take several carpets home (they delivered and picked them up), and they even let us do an exchange after purchase. They gave us very good customer service and a good price. We would definitely recommend them.

Saeid I was on the phone with before coming in for the first time! He was able to answer my questions before I came in. While I was in he already had some recommendations ready for me with his partner! We went through different sizes and sizes from tribal to traditional styles. Until we found the perfect hand made wool rug from turkey!! I also was offered some help and discount as I did have a certain amount I could spend today! His expertise at matching a rug to the style of my room was extraordinary and his eye for slight variations in colour was impeccable. Within three days, the chosen rug was delivered, and it is absolutely perfect for my home! I'm most grateful for his assistance. I could not have found this rug on my own or for such a reasonable price elsewhere.

Would recommend making this your first (and likely only) stop for a new area rug. Great customer service. Took the time to describe and show us a a huge variety of rugs in the 4x6' category. Worked to find one that fit our color scheme and personal taste. We were there during a 50-60% sale which put the rug we wanted within our price range. Great selection and variety of sizes and styles (though a bit overwhelming when you first enter).
