Bruce, Perry and their staff were extremely obliging. They let us take several carpets home (they delivered and picked them up), and they even let us do an exchange after purchase. They gave us very good customer service and a good price. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a stellar experience at West Coast Rugs on Burrard. The service was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and we had a good time selecting the perfect rug for our newly renovated room. Would recommend making this your first (and likely only) stop for a new area rug. Great customer service. Took the time to describe and show us a a huge variety of rugs in the 4x6' category. Worked to find one that fit our color scheme and personal taste. We were there during a 50-60% sale which put the rug we wanted within our price range. Great selection and variety of sizes and styles (though a bit overwhelming when you first enter).
