Westcoast rugs has a super wide selection from silk to hand woven wool you have so many options to choose from. Highly recommend making this your first stop when looking for a rug!

Bruce, Perry and their staff were extremely obliging. They let us take several carpets home (they delivered and picked them up), and they even let us do an exchange after purchase. They gave us very good customer service and a good price. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a stellar experience at West Coast Rugs on Burrard. The service was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and we had a good time selecting the perfect rug for our newly renovated room. Saeid I was on the phone with before coming in for the first time! He was able to answer my questions before I came in. While I was in he already had some recommendations ready for me with his partner! We went through different sizes and sizes from tribal to traditional styles. Until we found the perfect hand made wool rug from turkey!! I also was offered some help and discount as I did have a certain amount I could spend today! I sent Saeed a photograph of my living room and when I arrived at the store, he already had several rugs for me to consider. His expertise at matching a rug to the style of my room was extraordinary and his eye for slight variations in colour was impeccable. Within three days, the chosen rug was delivered, and it is absolutely perfect for my home! I'm most grateful for his assistance. I could not have found this rug on my own or for such a reasonable price elsewhere.

Very pleased with the courteous, helpful service at the Richmond Store. Our first purchase here in 2020 is holding up very well and our most recent rug seems to also be of great quality. We are repeat customers and will certainly make this our first stop when shopping for rugs in the future.

Would recommend making this your first (and likely only) stop for a new area rug. Great customer service. Took the time to describe and show us a a huge variety of rugs in the 4x6' category. Worked to find one that fit our color scheme and personal taste. We were there during a 50-60% sale which put the rug we wanted within our price range. Great selection and variety of sizes and styles (though a bit overwhelming when you first enter).
